Currently serving as General Manager at Namariq Arabian Services, Abdullah leads company-wide business strategy, operations, and service delivery across accommodation, facilities management, and catering services. In this role, he oversees full P&L responsibility, budgets, and profitability while driving business development, key account management, and the acquisition of major contracts. He plays a central role in guiding long-term planning and expansion initiatives, ensuring that growth is both scalable and sustainable. Under his leadership, operational performance has been strengthened through KPI-driven dashboards, compliance with ISO, HSE, and food safety standards, and the efficient management of facilities, assets, procurement, and supply chain operations. His executive reporting and data-driven insights support strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Prior to his current role, Abdullah served as HR and Administration Director at Namariq Arabian Services, where he led HR and administrative strategy for large, multi-site operations across Saudi Arabia. He was responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization, policy governance, payroll, employee relations, Saudization, and regulatory compliance. During this period, he significantly enhanced HR systems, reporting frameworks, and decision-making processes while driving performance management, training programs, and workforce development initiatives. His contributions provided leadership with actionable workforce insights that supported organizational transformation and long-term planning.
Abdullah’s expertise in operations and HR leadership is further reflected in his consulting role with the Saudi Food Bank (Ita’am), where he assessed catering operations and developed improvement plans to enhance food quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control. His work included evaluating suppliers, menus, and production workflows, advising senior leadership on optimized resource planning and operational performance to support large-scale humanitarian initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Abdullah held senior HR and administration leadership roles with Compass Arabia, a Compass Group company, where he managed HR restructuring, policy governance, and compliance with Saudi labor law, ISO, and internal standards. He led recruitment, Saudization, visa planning, IKTVA initiatives, and payroll operations while supporting SAP HR implementation and conducting site inspections. His advisory role to leadership on workforce planning, staff welfare, and operational readiness strengthened organizational efficiency and compliance across multiple projects.
As Acting Country Manager and HR & Administration Manager at Catering International & Services (CIS), Abdullah oversaw country operations and major ARAMCO projects, managing service quality, financial performance, staffing, and regulatory compliance. He improved catering performance through structured planning tools, menu engineering, and cost controls while representing company performance in board-level discussions. His leadership balanced operational excellence with financial discipline and workforce governance.
Abdullah also served as SPPS Group HR and Administration Manager at Takween Advanced Industries, where he managed employee relations, compliance, investigations, payroll, and labor processes across multiple regions. His responsibilities extended to overseeing accommodation, transportation, and administrative services, supporting HR policy development, and strengthening HR operations through improved processes and team capability development.

His experience with Bechtel Corporation on the King Abdullah Project for Waad Al Shamaal City Development further solidified his expertise in large-scale project environments. There, he managed HR and administrative operations for complex project requirements, overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization, visas, licensing, compensation, HR reporting, accommodation, and employee services while supporting project teams with training and issue resolution.
Abdullah’s professional foundation was built earlier in his career at Aujan Industries, where he spent over a decade progressing from accounting roles into personnel and administration leadership. As Personnel and Administration Manager, he managed recruitment, onboarding, personnel services, facilities, security, supplier contracts, GOSI compliance, staff accommodation, compensation, and benefits across all Saudi branches. His earlier accounting experience provided him with strong financial acumen, enabling him to manage supplier payments, reconciliations, cash flow, audits, and financial reporting with precision.
Academically, Abdullah holds a High Diploma in Accounting and Business Management from The Institute of Industrial Management and Information Technology. He further strengthened his leadership credentials by earning the Certified Chief Culture Officer designation from HRCI, reflecting his commitment to building strong organizational cultures, employee engagement, and ethical leadership. He has also completed professional training in corporate financial statement analysis, reinforcing his ability to connect financial performance with operational and strategic outcomes.
