Currently serving as Executive Director Marketing at Strong Motors Group, Adil leads marketing strategies for the group and its subsidiaries. Under his leadership, brand visibility and market penetration have seen significant growth. He has implemented innovative e-commerce and digital marketing strategies that have substantially increased customer engagement and sales. Additionally, he has led dynamic sales teams to optimize revenue streams and improve the overall sales funnel, orchestrating campaigns that consistently achieve record-high response rates and successful product launches.
Prior to this role, Adil served as Reporting Director and Head of Automotive Brands at Abdullatif Alissa Group Holding Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this position, he managed marketing, brand strategy, and product planning across the automotive division. He developed and executed strategic plans for multiple subsidiaries and implemented marketing communications initiatives that strengthened brand presence. His leadership ensured alignment of business growth objectives with market trends and customer expectations.

Adil has also held several key positions in the automotive industry, including Marketing Director at Hyundai/Nissan – Awaser Trading, where he oversaw product strategy and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and enhance brand engagement. He was Head of Marketing and Product Planning at Mitsubishi Motors – Alesayi KSA, focusing on product planning and execution to ensure new launches met performance and revenue targets. Earlier, at Strategy Corporation – Abdullah Saleh Al Bazie Automotive, he led marketing and strategy initiatives to elevate brand recognition through market-focused campaigns.
Academically, Adil combines his professional experience with a strong multidisciplinary foundation. He earned an MBA in Marketing and Communication from Hamdard University, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Marketing. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce from the Institute of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology from PIMSAT University, Karachi.
