He also works across marketing, sales, and operations to help translate business opportunities into tangible results.

Previously, Ryan served as HR Manager at Jecmetal Industries Sdn. Bhd., where he developed expertise in HR management, team development, and sustainable business strategies. Earlier, as an HR Executive at Muar Ban Lee Group Berhad, he built a strong foundation in human resources and employee management.

Beyond his corporate role, Ryan supports SMEs as an HR & Operations Consultant, helping business owners establish practical HR structures, improve team management, simplify operational processes, and build scalable foundations for growth.

His achievements include receiving the Gold Award for Best Up-and-Coming HR Leader, while he is also a Certified HR and Talent Analytics Manager (CHRA). These accomplishments reflect his commitment to continuous learning, people development, and modern HR practices.
