Meet Emad Saif– Founder & CEO at PlayTactic

Emad Saif is an innovation facilitator, trainer, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and organizations turn learning into meaningful action. As Founder and CEO of Playtactic, he designs engaging facilitation, training, and consulting experiences that strengthen communication, unlock creativity, and help teams build the mindset needed to innovate and grow.

With more than a decade of experience across academia, entrepreneurship, engineering, and business development, Emad has worked with universities, startups, corporates, and government institutions to develop innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities. During his time at Qatar University, he coached more than 100 startup teams through the KITE incubation program, contributed to strategic innovation initiatives, and designed programs including a Government Innovation Program for the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change.

Beyond professional training, Emad is passionate about creating meaningful human connections through play. As Founder of Play Meetup, he uses LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to bring people together, encourage reflection, and create spaces where individuals can communicate and connect in new ways. Combining Design Thinking, innovation methodologies, facilitation, and storytelling, his work reflects a simple but powerful belief: organizations can achieve more when people are given the space to think differently, collaborate openly, and learn through experience.
