With more than two decades of leadership experience, Hasmik Daniel is a distinguished leadership and organizational development expert, executive coach, trainer, and entrepreneur dedicated to developing leaders and enabling sustainable organizational performance. As the Founder and CEO of Hasmik Daniel Leadership & Innovation, she works with executives, senior leaders, organizations, and professionals across the Middle East, GCC, and Armenia, helping them strengthen leadership capability, communication, self-awareness, and performance.

Before establishing her coaching and leadership practice, Hasmik spent more than 15 years in senior executive leadership, including serving as Deputy CEO. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the realities of executive leadership, from navigating uncertainty and leading through change to making complex decisions while maintaining organizational performance and people engagement.

Known for her people-centered approach to transformation, Hasmik believes that sustainable organizational change begins with understanding people before implementing solutions. Her principle, “We coach the person, not the problem,” reflects her focus on helping leaders develop greater self-awareness, expand their thinking, communicate with greater impact, and lead with clarity and purpose. She holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), its highest coaching credential, and is also an EMCC Senior Practitioner, certified Hogan Assessor and Advanced Assessor, and NLP Master Coach and Trainer. Her expertise is further supported by studies in Logotherapy and continued learning in human behavior, leadership, and transformation.
