With more than 25 years of experience across Saudi Arabia and international markets, Suleman Mulla is a distinguished Tax and Zakat leader with deep expertise in international tax, cross-border structuring, M&A, transfer pricing, and regulatory advisory. His career spans leading professional services firms and complex investment environments, giving him a strategic perspective on how tax can support governance, manage risk, and create sustainable long-term value.

As Director, Tax & Zakat at Vision Invest, Suleman oversees tax strategy and advisory across a diverse investment portfolio spanning infrastructure, energy, digital, and industrial sectors. Previously a Partner/Principal at EY and Senior Director/Partner at PwC, he advised multinational organizations on Saudi tax and Zakat, international tax planning, transfer pricing, agreement structuring, and compliance. Earlier, as Tax and Zakat Services Director at KPMG Saudi Arabia, he built extensive expertise across corporate taxation, investment structures, financial models, and Zakat implications.

Beyond technical expertise, Suleman brings a forward-looking approach to building scalable tax functions and Centers of Excellence that can adapt to an evolving regulatory landscape. His leadership philosophy is equally shaped by endurance and discipline, reflected in his pursuit of the World Marathon Majors, with five of the six completed.
